your truth the ebook

The most profound change you’ll ever make is the first step you consciously take in the direction of your soul.

The most important thing we can do for ourselves professionally, personally, emotionally, and psychologically is get clear on who we really are.  It’s only then that we have a base to start from.  When we get out of our own way and see ourselves for the amazing, brilliant, loving creatures we actually are, we can become the creative artists of our own lives.  We are the canvass.  And we determine the colors and textures and subject matter.

Risk…

brings rewards.  Conflicts.  Change.  Unexpected results.  Risk tests us, draws us out of our set paradigms and forces us to see that we not only don’t have all the answers, but we might not even have an idea about the right questions.  The second we step into risk and decide to break our own mold, we hurl ourselves forward.

Trust…

has to begin with ourselves.  We can’t even begin to trust anyone else until we grasp that we have ourselves before we have anyone else.  Trusting gut instincts, knowing intrinsically what right and good for us, and being able to give ourselves the things we need provides a base for everything we do and everything we are.

Acceptance…

in its purest form of love we can give ourselves.  Acceptance as in, stop resisting.  Stop wishing it were different. Stop trying to control other people and events.  Accept what is in your life right now. Accept what is and bless it.  Because if you take risk, trust yourself and accept the results, you own your power.  You own your own truth.

This book is told from my perspective of having changed my life entirely, from language to country to profession.  The

These are the concepts that make up my new ebook Your Truth.  I am giving away the introduction and the first two chapters.

Diana,  I have read through your first chapters twice since I got them last night and love that you have taken the time and made the effort to expand your thoughts and insights in ‘Your Truths’.  I will be one of the first in line for the ebook.  You have a gift for deep, intuitive thought that brings so much to your friends and readers.  Thank you for sharing yourself and growing this book.

Diana, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us the gift of the first chapters of your book.  It speaks to my soul in such a personal way, and at the perfect time, as I too have struggled with many of these same dilemmas over the past years.  Reading your words has helped me on my journey to have the courage to be true to myself, both with the ones I love…and even the ones I don’t like all that much but are in my family circle, lol.  I can’t wait to read the rest of your book!

This is a journey so many of us are on, and it is surely a challenging one, a freeing one – if we muster the courage to allow ourselves to live our truths – and share those truths with those in our lives.  I feel ten pounds lighter already :) .

    Blessings to you (((hugs)))

Ahhh lovely Diana, I feel such an affinity with your words. Since we first spoke on twitter about your special painting, I find I am too stepping into this kind of alignment (& stepping out of my own stubborn way & letting it go to the universe to support my direction). Im hoping to download & read more this week.

Yay! Looking forward to it! Have to get my computer back from the guys at Melrose Mac first. (I’m on my mom’s computer, while I am housesitting in Ojai) This post is so inspiring Diana, as was the last. (playing catch-up!) Hope things have settled down since the whole “tearing apart a hill” thing! Sheesh!

Can’t wait to read more of your beautiful words!

Hi Diana, thank you for sharing the first two chapters of your book.  My goodness – are you speaking directly to me?  I am hearing you loud and clear.  The first six months of this year, I have been feeling the fear and anxiety you talk about.  It’s freezes me in my tracks so I can’t get anything done.    I actually think this sinking feeling started when I started doing deep meditations this winter.  Does our soul have to knock us on our backs to make us listen?  Luckily, I have a great Qi Gong instructor close by.  I did several one on one sessions with her – you know what she said – “Take Care of Yourself – You are doing too much’!  Must be a common problem in the universe right now.    So I am trying to do more Qi Gong, Yoga, walks/runs, being.   It’s helping.

Ironically, my husband got laid off – instead of being more afraid – I am a relieved – he has morphed into a new person.  I am sure I was feeling his vibes of discontent as well.   I should be scared to death to be self employed without the luxury of his salary and benefits – he is starting to help me with my business.   Somehow I know it will all work.

Can’t wait to read the rest of your book.  Please keep us posted as to the availability.

Thanks again for your words – it’s good to know I am not alone………

    Love you,

    Jill
